French Salad

This evening we are having a dinner inspired by the French winter salad from the ‘Little Paris Kitchen’ cookbook. We love this book, and a lot of that is because we watched all the series on honeymoon, where we ate a LOT of nice food. It’s going to be a roasted vegetable ‘melange’- beetroots and carrots and parsnips and the like with bacon lardons and a goats cheese mousse, yes, a cheese mousse. But first, a large white wine.
