Venison

We have had a hard and busy week and so this evening we are having a treat meal- venison steaks, cauliflower mash, red wine and tomato reduction and  layered potatoes.

I have taken the day off work and have made dark and white chocolate cinnamon brownies with cherries and cranberries. Later we are going to have Gu chocolate souffles and make a gingerbread castle. This is the way to relax at Christmas time!

    1. Lol, yes!! It’s cauliflower boiled and mashed as you would potatoes, but without the potatoes. You could obviously add them but it’s a stronger flavour without (which is good if you like cauliflower!) We’ve added mustard and I think cheese before.xx
