I was reading my latest ‘Olive’ magazine and they recommended this. So we went on a trip to Waitrose. It’s good on toast with a poached egg on top and was also surprisingly good with a carbonara style sauce (beaten eggs and Wensleydale cheese) and spaghetti. It’s a sweet, meaty relish. Like a spiced sausage style pate. Good stuff.
Next time, I’m going to try Chorizo jam!
